Hey there! My name is Gabby and I am the director of Well-being Health and Movement. I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people receive individualised and holistic care. I do not believe there is one answer to healthcare and will work diligently to find the solutions and options that best suit you and your needs. I studied at the University of Wollongong to complete my Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation and am always hungry to learn more about how to use exercise as medicine. I have had the great pleasure of working with a diverse range of clients and hope to continue to see their confidence in their own abilities grow.
My name is Shara. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist. I studied at the University of Wollongong, graduating with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours). I believe in taking an individualised holistic approach for each client and am personally a big fan of food! I believe food is more than just something that nourishes us. Food is something to enjoy, we celebrate with food, we connect with others over food, we explore different cultures through food, it is more than just a physiological need. I enjoy assisting individuals in understanding this and how to eat well in an enjoyable, healthy, and sustainable manner that meets their personal health goals.
