The mission is simple, help you achieve your goals to improve your quality of life and ability to function in your daily life! Currently we are offering Exercise Physiology & Dietetic services to start you on your journey to achieve better well-being, health and movement with the long term mission to have an interdisciplinary approach to healthcare where multiple Allied Health professionals collaborate to provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan. Each profession can bring something new to the table to provide you with different solutions while all working toward the same goals as specified by you.
With fresh ideas and a passion for helping others, our team will assess your needs and develop programs best suited to you. We aim to help you to understand your body and highly value the impact that education has on your health outcomes. We also see the need for greater prevention strategies and will work with your or your loved ones to maintain or improve health before it becomes something less manageable.
Here at WHAM we understand and recognise that everyone is different and therefore anyone who uses our services will be provided with an individualised treatment plan to help make a real difference in your life. We are compassionate, empathetic and offer a non judgemental approach to helping make long term change.
